Osbaldo Romero
Osbaldo has been involved in internal antenna technology since 1997.
In 1997 he was part of the founding team at Protura Wireless, pioneer in embedded antenna technology.
In the early years at Protura, Osbaldo was a key member of the R&D team and has several embedded antenna patents to his name.
During the Missionary years, Osbaldo was head evangelist, participating in several international Trade shows, presenting Protura's technology to top handset manufacturers.
Osbaldo also has extensive experience working closely with cutomers.
During the deployment phase at Protura, he was appointed head of all field trial activities with mayor handset manufacturers in Asia and Europe.
After leaving Protura in 2003, Osbaldo has been consulting with several embedded antenna developers in the US.
In 2006, Osbaldo founded Anterna with a team of ex-colleagues.
Osbaldo graduated from the Masters Institute College, San Jose, CA in 1994 and is continuing his education for Antenna Development, Testing and Design.

Karl J. Weaver
Karl is a Washington State- based International business executive with Mandarin Chinese Language and cross-cultural expertise.
Karl lived and worked in Greater China for 10 years and has been involved in selling and marketing to China and India since 1985.
After more than a decade, helping three well-known high-tech companies expand Asian markets (Zetron, Metawave and Leviton Voice & Data), Karl joined Protura Wireless in 2002.
As the Greater China Account Manager for Protura, Karl was instrumental in establishing a strong market presence with key Asian handset manufacturers.
After leaving Protura in 2003, Karl has been invited to deliver professional public speaking as he promotes the "Global Smart Phone Revolution", as well as, consulting on a nationwide road show for the Leszynski Group.
Since 2003, he has also resumed his consulting work, helping US based companies enter the Greater China market.
Karl graduated from from Salve Regina University, Newport, RI in 1982 and studied Mandarin Chinese language from 82-85 at the National Taiwan Normal University under scholarship from the ROC Ministry of Education.
He recently completed a Wireless Communications Certificate from the University of Washington.
in 2006 Karl joined Anterna as an adviser for the Greater China market.

Dr. Todor Cooklev
Dr. Cooklev is a faculty member at San Francisco State University. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1995.
In 1995-1997 he had a NATO Science Fellowship. In 1997 he joined US Robotics (now 3Com Corp.) to work on digital signal processing (DSP) and communication system technology.
As a results from his outstanding contribution, he received the 3Com Inventor Award in 1999.
Since 1998 he has been involved in the development of several standards for wireless communication.
He is the author of a number of publications and in 2004 published the book “Wireless Communication Standards”, IEEE Press, New York, NY.
His research interests are in wireless communication systems and software radio. He has given a number of tutorials and short courses in these areas.
His research has been funded by several government organizations and some of the world’s biggest companies in the area of communications Dr. Cooklev has served the electrical engineering profession in various volunteer capacities over the years.
Currently he serves on the IEEE Standards in Education Task Force. He is also serving on the International Advisory Committee of several conferences.
Dr. T. Cooklev is a recipient of the GWEC Wireless Educator of the Year Award for 2006.
He joined the Anterna team as an adviser in 2006.
